My Place Portal is changing

From the 2 October My Place Portal will be closing, until that time all customers with My Place Portal accounts will be still be able to access their accounts and continue to request repairs, view rent balances and make rent payments.
We will not be accepting new registrations from 11 September
A new online account system will launch on 9 October. It can be found here

My Place Portal allows customers online access on the go to:-

  • pay your rent
  • See your rent statement
  • check the progress of repairs
  • find local hospitals, doctors surgeries and pharmacies near your property.

The service is secure, so no-one else can access your details. In order to use the service you must first register. For Joint Tenancies, it is strongly recommended that each Joint Tenant registers separately to obtain individual login details.

Rent In Advance

Rent must be paid in advance in accordance with your tenancy agreement or lease.  This means your rent account must not be in arrears between payments regardless of how you pay e.g. weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.

This still applies if you are in receipt of housing related benefits such as Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
