Before you contact us to request a repair, please refer to the Repairs Manual (available by clicking on the image to the right) to help you describe the problem you are having in detail. By giving us as much information as you can, you'll help us get your problem fixed quickly.
You can also check the ‘Useful tips and contacts’ page to ensure the issue is definitely South Northants Homes' responsibility, or that you may be able to rectify it yourself.
When you contact us to report a problem we will need the following information from you:
your contact telephone number
a clear description of the problem
if there is anything we need to be aware of, such as if you are hard of hearing or will take time getting to your door.
Remember - Someone will need to be at home to allow the repairs operative in. A responsible adult (at least 16 years old) must be at home whilst the repairs are being carried out.
To request a repair you can call us on 0800 177 7001. Our office hours are 8.45 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you prefer not to phone, you can request a repair using our online request form, send us an email, letter or you can visit the SNH offices. You may also ask any SNH officer visiting you to report a fault.
