The overall aim of the Responsive Repairs Service, in conjunction with the Planned Maintenance Programme, is to ensure your home is maintained to a high standard.
Whilst our planned programmes will ensure the major elements of your home are replaced, refurbished or upgraded, the Responsive Repairs Service will maintain and repair these elements through their useful life until replacement or upgrade is due.
When you report a repair South Northants Homes promises to:
help you describe and diagnose the problem
tell you whose responsibility the repair is
understand what the repair is and how it affects you and your family
agree an appropriate response time and appointment date for the repair to be completed to a high standard as quickly as possible
send an appropriately skilled repair operative with the necessary skills, equipment and material so the repair can be completed, wherever possible, on the first visit
Seek and listen to your feedback regarding your experience with the service and take any action necessary to correct dissatisfaction.
