The Board
The Board exercises direction and control of SNH’s activities and has the following membership:
- Five tenants
- Five Council members (nominated by South Northamptonshire Council)
- Five independent members
- One Co-optee member
Board Members
The Board includes five tenants, five Council nominees and five independent professional people.
The Board have agreed to have a further member as a co-optee to improve the balance and to bring some legal expertise to the Board
