The Retirement Homes Service actively encourages our residents to get involved and have a say in the services we provide. We have a dedicated Older Persons Forum which consists of residents from across the service that meet once a quarter to discuss issues relating to the delivery of our service.
These meetings address subjects such as new or revised policies and procedures and the development of existing services. The forum also gives residents the chance to ask questions and provide feedback which helps shape future service provision.
