By 1 April 2011 all housing associations were required to establish Local Offers to detail the standards of service tenants can expect. This is a regulatory requirement set by the current regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). After consultation with our tenants we have developed a local offer for the retirement homes service, which covers the current standards you can expect.
