You can use the form on this page to request a repair. If you complete this form outside office hours (8.45am to 5pm) or on a weekend or national holiday, we will contact you the following working morning.

It would help if you can tell us when you are likely to be available to receive our operative (You may tick more than one box if you wish). A customer services team member will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
