Who can apply for the Lifeline Service?

Although many of our Lifeline customers are older people, the service is open to everyone, whether you are an SNH resident or not. Lifeline could be the support necessary to enable someone with a disability to live a completely independent life. Alternatively, if you live alone and feel isolated and vulnerable, help is at hand at the touch of a button.
