Once the call is registered with the control centre, the operator is immediately alerted to a possible emergency. They can summon help from family, neighbours, doctors or the emergency services, while offering you reassurance and support on the loudspeaker of the alarm.
24 hour emergency cover is provided by a member of SNH retirement housing staff 365 days a year, in the event that your key contacts are unavailable.
