Lifeline alarms are connected to a control centre where fully trained, friendly operators are available to answer calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Lifeline consists of a unit and a pendant, which can be worn as a wrist strap, necklace or a clip. A press of the button connects the user directly to operators who can immediately summon the appropriate help when it is needed; this could be a family member, neighbour or the emergency services.
