Mutual Exchange Register

The Mutual Exchange Register holds details of Housing Association/Local Authority tenants looking to swap their property for another within the South Northamptonshire area. You can exchange to a property with one bedroom less or one bedroom more than you currently have.

Exchanges are organised by tenants contacting each other and agreeing to swap properties and then obtaining permission from South Northants Homes and any other relevant Housing Association or Local Authority. If you find an exchange partner, please contact your Housing Officer for an application form for permission to move.
