Housing advice

The Association is only able to provide basic housing advice and specific information regarding its own Housing Register and Allocations policy.

South Northamptonshire Council provides a comprehensive Housing Advice / Homelessness service for the South Northamptonshire area.

The Housing Advice service is the first stop for all South Northamptonshire residents experiencing a housing difficulty. The Council’s service is available to all tenure groups e.g. home-owners, private sector tenants, leaseholders, lodgers, council and housing association tenants.
