Mystery Shopping

What is mystery shopping?

Mystery shopping is an great way to test our services, as it measures them from the point of view of the customer. Mystery shoppers are trained to carry out tasks that tests different areas of an organisation, for example by making telephone calls or visiting the offices. In this way, they are able to help the organisation identify any shortcomings in their services and find out the effectiveness of staff training.

Interested in mystery shopping us?

  • Would you like to be involved in something new?

  • Would you like the opportunity to develop new skills?

  • Do you have a landline telephone – not a mobile?

  • Do you have some spare time during the day between 8.45am and 5pm?

If you answered ‘yes’ to all of the above, you might be just what we are looking for and could help us by training to become a mystery shopper.

All residents who participate in our mystery shopping training will receive a certificate and training, which could teach you new skills. As a thank you, all mystery shoppers who participate in shops will receive retail vouchers, which will also cover your telephone expenses.
