Tenant Scrutiny Training

Local and national customer training opportunities 

SNH is committed to developing a training programme around both individual and group requirements. We want to ensure our involved customers have the skills and knowledge to fulfil their role; to enable our involved customers to make informed decisions, build confidence and influence matters affecting them.

You do not need any specific skills or experience to become an involved customer and you could gain a whole range of personal and social skills, including team working, interview skills, problem solving and public speaking .

SNH will provide all the training necessary to help you become an involved customer, as well as providing you with ongoing support and information. All the work is voluntary, however SNH will reimburse you for costs such as travel, childcare and training related expenses.
