To apply for a garage, complete the application form and send to the address below.

Homeswapper application form 

Homeswapper is a free of charge online service where you can search for Mutual exchange properties. To register free either visit the site www.homeswapper.co.uk and then click on the ‘Join’ option or print and complete the Homeswapper application and return to the address below.

Mutual exchange application form

If you find an exchange partner either through Homeswapper or another way, please complete the mutual exchange application and send it to the address below. Alternatively contact your housing officer who will arrange for an application to be posted to you.

Transfer application form 

To apply for a transfer complete the transfer application form and return to the address below.

Please note: To be eligible for a transfer you must have an assured tenancy (not a starter tenancy) and it will be assessed in line with our transfer policy. You must also complete a medical form if you have a medical condition that is affected by your current accommodation.
