About South Northants Homes (SNH)

Background

South Northants Homes was launched on 17 March 2008 as a new not-for-profit housing association set up to receive the transfer of over 2,900 homes from South Northamptonshire Council following a positive vote by tenants in favour of transfer in 2007.

The Association will be run by an unpaid voluntary board of 15 people, comprising of five Tenants, five Council nominees and five independent specialists.
