South Northants Homes (SNH) is a social housing provider, governed by a Board of Management and managed by a Senior Management Team. THe SNH Customer Committee sits below the Board and is consulted on high level issues as well as making recommendations to the Board. The Key Promises
Progress against the promises, which were made when SNH took over the housing stock fom South Northamptonshire Council, has been tracked by the Board on a quarterly basis.
SNH has now also developed an annual plan, which was approved by the Board at the February meeting this year.
When we began as an organisation in 2008, the promises were our prime drivers. In addition the key priorities set out below have been achieved:

establish a consultative framework for tenants
achieve level B status for SP
complete year 1 of the DLO action plan
find somewhere to live

Move into new home
Develop new “SNH” culture
Embed revised structure
Complete year 2 DLO action plan
Embed new repairs delivery service
Ask the “difficult” questions re asset management
Year 3
Achieve level A status SP
Evaluate DLO action plan
Review Retirement Services
