Our regulators, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), has developed a new way of regulating housing associations. Part of this is to develop Local Offers, which are standards we set for particular groups e.g. for a neighbourhood, a housing association or a group of tenants such as older people.
To do this, we consulted with nearly 400 tenants in 2010 and we took the findings to our customer forums. You will find the finalised Local Offers, detailing the level of service you can expect from South Northants Homes, in this document.
