Grand Union Housing Group, of which South Northants Homes (SNH) is a subsidiary, responds to the individual needs of customers. This includes, amongst others, the elderly, vulnerable, hard to reach, socially excluded, disabled and black and minority ethnic groups. The introduction of the new Equalities Act last year has brought together all existing equality legislation into one Act.
