We aim to follow the principles set out in the Race Equality Code of Practice for Housing Associations.
In order to assess the success of the Equality and Diversity Policy, monitoring systems are essential. We will, in confidence, gather information on ethnic origin, gender, age and disability from all Board members, tenant representatives, staff and all applicants applying for accommodation and employment. Regular reports will be made to the Board.
