Tenancy Support Service
What can you expect from the service?
- A fully confidential service (unless you give us written permission to speak to other agencies). All information is confidential to South Northants Homes. Apart from a few exceptional circumstances, our Tenancy Support Officer will only contact other agencies or persons if you have given your written consent. Where other statutory services are involved e.g. Social Services, the Tenancy Support Officer will need to approach them to obtain information that would be relevant to achieve your required outcomes.
- Support to sustain your tenancy.
- Support to ensure that all relevant benefits to which you are entitled are in payment.
- Access to other services.
- Assistance to manage debts.
- Help with day-to-day money management.
- Assistance with completing forms.
- Regular appointments/reviews as agreed with the Tenancy Support Officer.
