How do I access this service?
If you are an SNH tenant and feel you may benefit from this service, contact your Housing Officer (their contact number is in your Tenants’ Handbook), or call SNH on 08454 606 888 and ask for the Tenancy Support Officer.
If you know someone, such as a family member or friend, who is an SNH tenant and may benefit from this service, you can refer them by contacting our Tenancy Support Officer on 08454 606 888. An SNH member of staff will then contact the tenant to discuss their needs. Anyone offered the service does not have to agree to receive support if they do not wish to.
Please note there is may be a wait for the service and if this is the case you will be notified in writing that your name has been added to a waiting list. However, once you have been referred you should expect initial contact from the Tenancy Support Officer, with an appointment to establish your suitability for the service along with some basic advice.
