Who regulates SNH?

The Housing Corporation is responsible for regulating the activities of Registered Social Landlords (sometimes known as housing associations), such as South Northants Homes, and monitoring their financial viability.

Regular monitoring of our activities by the Housing Corporation means our tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders can be assured as to the proper conduct of SNH's management in carrying out those activities and also the Association’s continuing financial viability.
