Relatives and friends, their continuing role

While the scheme manager or community warden is generally on hand to assist tenants in case of accident or illness, they cannot in any sense take the place of relatives or friends.

Relatives should help by visiting regularly and assisting with general support, health and hygiene matters. The scheme manager or community warden is available during normal working hours to discuss with a relative any issues.
