What are the facilities of offer?

The sheltered schemes have communal facilities, all of which include community rooms/lounges, laundries where tenants have the use of washing and drying facilities, quiet sitting rooms and guest rooms to accommodate visitors.

The community room is available to the tenants for social and recreational activities and often hosts a number of enjoyable activities such as social and luncheon clubs, coffee mornings, bingo, whist drives and craft groups. These activities are organised by the tenants with the support of the scheme manager, and tenants decide whether they want to participate.
