South Northants Homes (SNH) are please to announce the publication of our first ever Tenant Handbook. This has been designed and written by tenants from the Housing Management Forum with the support of staff.

The Handbook is designed to be an easy to use and valuable resource, containing information about living in a SNH tenancy and important telephone numbers, as well as general householder advice. Many of the photographs contained in the Handbook were taken by tenants and show a selection of properties throughout the SNH district.

A Repairs Manual is included at the back of the Handbook which will help tenants to report repairs as accurately as possible. This in turn helps us to provide the best possible service.

The Handbooks have now been delivered by hand to every one of our tenants by SNH staff in their own time.
