February 2009 - Easier ways to pay rent
SNH said it would introduce easier ways to pay rent and other charges. We consulted you in our newsletter before Christmas about our plans and you should shortly receive your new rent payment swipe card (unless you already pay by direct debit).

October 2008 - New Tenants Handbook launched
South Northants Homes (SNH) are please to announce the publication of our first ever Tenant Handbook. This has been designed and written by tenants from the Housing Management Forum with the support of staff.

November 2007 - Tenants vote for transfer
South Northamptonshire Council’s proposal to transfer its housing to the newly-formed South Northants Homes, in a new group with Aragon and MacIntyre housing associations, has received the go ahead from tenants in a ballot following a major consultation exercise.
