South Northants have a series of policies which are reviewed annually to ensure they are kept up to date. These are customer facing documents and outline our approach to different aspects of our services. SNH are looking for a group of tenants who would be interested in reading our policies in the comfort of their homes and then completing a short questionnaire of your views before returning these to us in the postage paid envelopes.
