South Northants Homes is committed to community development which includes giving support to local groups & charities. We have a funding pot available which we can use to make donations to support local initiatives.
If an organisation wishes to apply for a donation, they must fill out an application form and submit it to the address below.
As long as the request is in line with the SNH donation policy it will be presented to our Customer Committee, who will the make a decision.

Here are the projects its supported:
Chacombe over 60’s Club has been awarded £250 to purchase a self propelled wheelchair to assist disabled members to attend meetings. It will also be available to new members who are residents of the village and are elderly or disabled.
Towcester Town Council Recreation ground has been awarded £1250 towards the replacement of the toddler climbing frame. This is a really popular piece of equipment with young children.

Roade Bowls Club has been awarded £350 to purchase a marquee that they could use for their community events, BBQs, beer festivals and quiz nights.
Sulgrave allotment have been awarded £1525 for the installation and connection of a water supply from Anglian Water and the installation of a standpipe on a concrete plinth. This will enable all allotment tenants to water their plots without having to carry water in barrels, buckets and wheelbarrows from their homes. It should increase the productiveness of the allotments for each plot holder.
The Tudor Rose Garden Club Brackley have been awarded £900.50 to purchase wood, paint and other necessary materials to re-furbish a wrought iron vintage bench which has been donated to the garden and to provide a concrete plinth on which to install the re-furbished bench. The funding will also pay for a new bench that is suitable for a public open space park.
Helmdon Acorns Pre-School have been awarded £714 towards their project which is to construct a permanent pre-school building on a half acre site which will enable them to provide a bright and enlivening learning environment.
