Customer Feedback
Who can complain?
Anyone can make a complaint if they feel South Northants Homes is responsible. You do not need to be a tenant. You might be an applicant (someone on the housing register) or a member of the public. All complaints will be handled in strict confidence. If, during the course of the investigation of your complaint, it is necessary to give your name, we will not do so without contacting you first.
You may ask someone to help you make your complaint or you may ask them to make the complaint on your behalf, for example, a friend or relative. You can also make a complaint anonymously and we will investigate it as best we can.
If you wish to complain, you should do this within four months of the cause of complaint.
You should always let us know when you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. In this way, it is hoped that many situations will be dealt with outside of the official complaint procedure. However, if you need to make a formal complaint you can do so in one of several ways.
