Themed Customer Forums
We have already set up three Themed Customer Forums of tenants who have expressed an interest in becoming involved in the management of their homes:
These are:
- Housing Management Forum
- Repairs and Improvements Forum
- Older Persons’ Forum
So far these groups have been assisting with the setting up of South Northants Homes by:
- Reviewing and commenting on the new policies adopted by the association
- Contributing to the design and contents of the new Tenants’ Handbook
- Being involved in the development of the Asset Management Strategy
- Contributing to the design and contents of the Repairs and Maintenance Handbook
We are seeking to develop more Forums. In particular, we would like to set up a Communications Forum to be involved in the production of regular Tenants’ Newsletters, the Annual Report to Tenants, all information leaflets and the contents of the website.
