Customer Committee

SNH are planning to work with tenants to set up a Customer Committee. This will be a committee of the Board and will be made up of ten elected tenant members, a local Council representative, a leaseholder and an independent member.

The role of the Customer Committee is very important. Its purpose is to monitor our performance, particularly in terms of delivering the promises made in the Offer Document, and customer services. The Committee will also assist with policy reviews and monitor the progress of the Major Repairs and Improvements programme and Tenants’ Involvement Action Plan.
