What are Estate Walkabouts?
Estate Walkabouts are organised by your Housing Officer and are an opportunity for tenants, leaseholders and residents to walk around their area with South Northants Homes’ management and maintenance staff as well as representatives from other agencies so that we can listen to the views and opinions of the people that live there.
Who will be invited?
Anyone is welcome to join in our Estate Walkabouts. Our tenants and leaseholders will receive details of when the Estate Walkabout will be in their area via the Newsletter and in this leaflet.
Housing Officers will also send invitations to the Police, Police Community Support Officers, South Northamptonshire Council, Northamptonshire County Council, Parish Councils and our Community Development team.
What happens afterwards?
Notes will be available of all Estate Walkabouts, if you wish to request a copy, please contact your Housing Officer
